1. Shipping areas

We ship our products within mainland France and internationally to the following countries:
Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, and Poland.

Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout.

2. Order processing time

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise specified or during peak periods (holidays, promotions, etc.).

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping methods & delivery times

Within France:

  • Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 business days
  • Pickup Point Delivery: 2 to 6 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1 to 2 business days

International:
The shipping method and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and available carriers.

4. Shipping fees

  • France: Free shipping on orders over €48
  • Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany: Free shipping on orders over €60
  • Other destinations: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor its progress in real time.

6. Delivery delays or issues

We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to external factors (weather conditions, strikes, peak shopping periods, etc.).

If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

7. Undeliverable orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional fees may apply.

8. Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and immediately inform our customer service.

If a product is lost during transit, we will open an inquiry with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Returns & refunds

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item if it does not meet your expectations.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
